The bass-model
(First time presented at musicfair 2011 in Frankfurt)
The wood used for the top is sitka spruce or cedar. Back + sides are made of rosewood or mahogany. Fretboard, bridge and headplate are made of ebony. Only solid woods are used. The material used for the saddle is bone. The strings are similar to classical wound, silverplated strings and are custom made for us by Pyramid.
Available as fretted or fretless(with fretlines) instruments.
A pickup and a tweedcase is included with every instrument.
Prices are 990 Euro for the noncut and 1100 Euro for the cutaway model.
Regarding our prices: Our instruments are completely handmade in our shop in Munich. So they are not comparable with other Ukulele basses made by cheap handcraftship in China.
